• Participants are required to proactively work with the State's Representative to identify opportunities to invest in productivity-enhancing technology and/or capital equipment for the Project to the satisfaction of the State's Representative. • The successful bidder must publish a forward plan of steel procurements on ICN Gateway, updated six-monthly over the life of the project.

• The successful bidder must provide six-monthly reporting to SRLA and DJSIR on the implementation and progress against the Local Industry Development Plan, including details of the forward plan of steel procurements published for the duration of the project.
