Shortlisted Respondent’s must include as an attachment to their Local Industry Development Plan a:

  • Workforce Development Plan detailing the Shortlisted Respondent’s commitment to upskill the Victorian workforce with Apprentices, Trainees and Cadets representing at least 15 percent of the Annualised Employee Equivalent (AEE) including increasing gender diversity in the workforce; and a
  • Supply Chain Development Plan (SCDP) detailing the Shortlisted Respondent’s commitment to develop the capabilities and competitiveness of Victoria’s rolling stock maintenance supply chain businesses.
