Please use this form for a specific complaint in relation to compliance with Local Jobs First or a Local Industry Development Plan. Once your complaint has been received by the Local Jobs First Commissioner, it will be acknowledged within 3 working days and provided to the Commissioner’s office.

The Commissioner’s office will initially:

  • examine the evidence related to the complaint in the context of the Commissioner’s published complaints handling policy
  • determine if there are sufficient grounds to investigate the complaint, or any part of the complaint
  • confirm next actions and communicate the actions to you by email
  • before finalising the initial assessment the Commissioner may contact you for further information.
