The respondent must consult with the Australian MedTech Manufacturing Centre (AMMC), to identify opportunities for local businesses to supply the hospital

Victorian Health Building Authority must advise the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (DJPR), and the Industry Capability Network (ICN) of any proposed significant diversion from the local content of a steel package or item listed in the successful supplier's approved Local Industry Development Plan.
